Sometimes a client has a low budget, but wants a large, labor intensive, high grade hardwood piece of furniture, only to find out that it is not possible. When considering a budget, be realistic and honest, because quality craftsmanship does take time and money. What you will get in return for your investment is a quality piece of furniture that will last a lifetime and bring personal satisfaction, unlike the store bought furniture.
When you are inquiring about a customized piece of furniture, please understand that it takes a couple of hours to recreate your vision on a 3D software program that I use and do a cost analysis to arrive at a quote for you. When I give you a quote, that will be the price and any overruns are at my expense.
A 50% deposit will be required to start the build and the balance due prior to delivery. Also, I will give updates as to the progress of the build and delivery arrangements.
